The Drovakian National Assembly.
The parliament of the Digital Republic — open sessions, recorded votes, and a seat for every citizen.
Parliament of a young nation.
The Drovakian National Assembly (D.N.A.) is the legislative body of the Digital Republic — the chamber in which laws are debated, motions are raised, and the direction of the nation is decided.
The Assembly operates on a principle of open participation: every registered citizen of Drovakia is entitled to observe sessions, table motions, and vote on legislation. Decisions are made by simple majority; the President holds a casting vote in the event of a tie.
We believe in the dignity of debate. The D.N.A. is a place for serious, good-faith discussion — not point-scoring or personal attacks. Every voice is welcome; every argument should stand on its merits.
Order, process, openness.
Every session follows a clear procedure — transparent, recorded, and accessible to every citizen of the Republic.
Motion is tabled
Any registered citizen may table a motion for debate. Motions are submitted in writing and published to all members before the session opens.
Open debate
A structured debate period follows. Members may speak for or against the motion. All contributions are recorded in the session transcript.
Vote is called
The chair calls a vote. Every citizen may cast a ballot. Results are recorded openly — Drovakia does not hold secret votes on legislative matters.
Decree or rejection
A motion carried by majority passes into law or policy. The President countersigns. Rejected motions are archived and may be resubmitted after 30 days.
